As you can probably tell, I've been playing a lot of CoD and so can talk about Black-Ops.
The first part is, for the multiplayer mode, there is no settings. If you plan on playing a custom game (Like every other game in the world) then I'm sorry, but you can't. You have to player certain set-ups. If you're going to take away our settings, at least give us bots for the non-livers.
Second, the enemies are a little biased in their attacking. If your teammates are standing right next to them in the open and killing them and you're behind a wall, prone and move ever-so-slightly so that you can barely see the side of their mask, they will all aim at you and shoot.
Third, the game has a lot of bugs. To name a few (Rebirth) there is a glitch where if you don't wait for Reznov before entering the area with the scientist (As Mason) then half of the conversation will be missing (Although, this is not important. Subtitles still work and the action happens)
But the worst part of the game is the following:
Error dobj for xmodel.
Yes, I am being serious, a slight error is the problem. On Rebirth there is a hard part outside the bio-base when playing as Hudson. This part is 70%-90% through the level. WHATEVER YOU DO, WHEN HE TAKES OFF HIS MASK, SAVE AND EXIT!!! (Don't care about the inconvenience, you'll be more annoyed if the Error comes up.
What happens is, when you are progressing, there is a chance that a faulty model spawns that has too many "Bones" and so the animation would be glitchy. Yep. Bones. In this case, bones are the strands that can be animated to make realistic movement. Use Pivot to understand if you have too...
The enemy may spawn at any point and when he does, you have to restart the entire level (Alternately, if you did what I did, the game will continue from the last save) and so you have to progress again. By the way, if it occurs once, don't think it wont happen again.
I'll explain the error in a little more detail later but for now, I'll explain what has actually happened. I played through the level (Took me an hour) and finally got past the enemies into the building. I ran inside, shot some enemies and... Error. I then had to re-do the whole level (Got stuck on one part, took a while) but made sure that I saved after the annoying parts (Mason, Before compound) and got to the part. Boom, Error.
Wait! What exactly is this error? How do you know what's causing it? The game stops immediately and the screen displays just an error message:
[All text in italics are a quote]
Error
dobj for xmodel
'c_rus_spetnaz_body1_g_larmoff' has more
than 160 bones (see console for details)
A Exit
As you can see, this is annoying. The game was made for those with Xbox Live and they can't be bothered to fix the game. I am restarting the level (Luckily, from the previous checkpoint) but would like to find a way to stop this. Treyarch is the Justin Bieber of CoD.

Poetry, Lyrics and Stories.
To me, writing is one of my favourite things. I have written quite a lot. I'm not professional (But consider myself to be... I've done worse) And so I think I should give some tips.
First off, I am the smartest person in my school at maths and the second smartest ever to go to my school. Yay! I have done the test and it is hard. An example of the questions is below:
"If X squared plus Y squared is X cubed, what are all the possibilities for X and Y which are intergers under 2011?"
And BTW, you get three makrs for stating every correct answer. To get the top marks, you need to prove it. Good luck.
Now for the writing. This is so important that it requires it's own heading so here it is:
Writing
Wow! A cool heading! So, what tips do I have?
First choose the subject. I like my poems the way the Japanese do, about stars and how they reflect the inner desires. A few Japanese lyrics are nice in English songs. Check out: "Life Is A Boat" for a good example.
When choosing a topic, make it original yet relatable. Songs about Neurotransmitting particles may be cool to you, but if people are going to not know about it, it can only function as humourous.
So, why am I talking about lyrics and poems as if they are the same thing? Because they are! A song is just a poem with Music.I'd say Epizeuxis and Ana / Epiphora are good poetic devices. For the subject, make it all one big metaphor or something. Repeating yourself is good for songs but don't overdo it... Damn that Lady Gag.
But storylines? You can choose one of the following:
Create your own world and own characters, this is harder... I'll explain in a bit.
Or simply add a twist on a common story. Maybe add a few characters, take away a few, give it a modern twist. The possibilities are endless.
When making your own world, you need to take into account what the audience knows. I try and make mine as easily identifiable as possible and mention the lore in the foreword. One of my worlds is set on an insland country and is a lot like modern times but features a lot of twists... It's semi-complicated.
Anyway, the characters are important. Try and add a clown, a knight, a princess and a prince along with a villain. By this I mean that there should be a humourous character that is useless, a hero who saves the day, a character who is the love interest of the hero and some guy who doesn't like the hero. Add some quirks like some abnormal phrases. See my previous post for details.
Now, the storyline. It can be different than normal by ending with the bad guys winning, it can be anything you like. But to establish it, the characters need to be relatable but crazy... It adds an atmosphere.
When it is done, I will post my story of Genesis. It will be crazy.
