Stories, my lack of recent posts.

Right, the first thing is: I am a Brony. I've been a Brony for ages. The show is amazing and the culture is 20% cooler than anything else I have seen.
Second: I have been doing more work with my other Blog: Stories from Katsu Aoki.
Right, how I like to write a story, the process and the things I have noticed:
1. First, I come up with the basic idea. Maybe a scene or two.
2. I I then expand this idea, planning out all the characters, planning the main parts of the story, just planning. This takes around an hour, and usually has me pacing the room imagining and speaking aloud some potential bits of dialogue.
3. I then start to write. I have noticed that I usually start by taking a few lines spoken from the climax and leave out a lot of detail, making it ambiguous. I then revert to the beginning of the story and hope that the tension and mysterious aura of the intro is enough to make the reader want to continue reading.
4. The rest of the story usually has a mysterious aura up until the first climax, which is where the opening paragraph is from. During this time, I try to establish the main character and hope that the reader grows remotely emotionally attached to them. For shorter stories, this can be done in just a few hours but with the longer stories... This takes months.

And that is all.
